Meet Ellen
Welcome, welcome, come on in. Pull up a chair with your favorite cup of coffee (Starbucks Caramel Mocha) and sit down awhile. I am so happy you found your way to my home away from home. My name is Ellen, my friends call me 'El' and I am blissfully married (almost 30 years) with four great children and a beautiful daughter-in-law (she's the blushing bride in the gallery). I am excited to be able to share with you a lifelong dream of mine and that is "creating a lifetime of memories, one picture at a time" through photography. After holding a camera in my hands for nearly every event, birthday or otherwise sunny day since I was 14, I opened my own business and I was able to turn my absolute favorite hobby and/or obsession into a full-time career. I can't wait to see where this road takes me. I am enjoying every moment of it! I love people and I look forward to meeting many new friends as I photograph people from Southwest Louisiana and across our nation even into other countries (see my pictures from Nicaragua). Our lush landscape here in the South offers so many venues that lend to beautiful keepsakes. If you have an idea for a location, please let me know.
